-My leg hurts.
   Ashi ga itai desu.

-I have a headache. (= My head hurts.) 
  Zutsuu ga shimasu. (= Atama ga Itai desu.)
*headache = zutsuu,  zu=head,  tsuu=pain

-My eyes feel itchy.
  Me ga kayui desu.
